Pacific Nickel Mines Limited (AU:PNM) has released an update.

Pacific Nickel Mines Limited has announced that Geoffrey Hiller ceased to be a director of the company on October 9, 2024. Prior to his departure, Hiller held a substantial interest in the company with 5,149,035 ordinary shares through the Highshaw Super Fund and 3,370,000 performance rights. Additionally, Highshaw Pty Ltd, where Hiller served as a director, held 8,188,992 ordinary shares.
