Pacific Nickel Mines Addresses Delays and Expands Mining

Pacific Nickel Mines Limited (AU:PNM) has released an update.

Pacific Nickel Mines Limited reports operational challenges at the Kolosori Nickel Project, including equipment breakdowns and unseasonal rainfall, delaying the next shipment until late July. Additionally, the company is addressing a discrepancy in nickel ore grade with Glencore and has begun mining high-grade nickel ore at the new Block 11 pit. For the Jejevo Nickel Project, the Environmental Impact Statement has been lodged, with the company aiming to secure development consent and a mining lease by late 2024.
