Oxley Holdings Ltd. (SG:5UX) has released an update.
Oxley Holdings Limited has successfully issued S$88 million in fixed rate Series 006 Notes, due in 2025, with a 7.25% annual interest rate. These notes, guaranteed by the company, will help fund general corporate activities, including refinancing and capital expenditures. The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has given approval in-principle for the notes to be listed and quoted on its platform.
