Outbrain Inc. has welcomed Mark S. Zagorski, a seasoned leader with over 20 years in digital advertising, as a new member to its Board of Directors. Taking on the role of a Class I director until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Zagorski brings a wealth of experience from his past CEO positions at DoubleVerify, Telaria, and eXelate, as well as his tenure at Nielsen Marketing Cloud. His appointment coincides with the resignation of Jonathan Cheifetz, with Arne Wolter stepping in to fill the subsequent vacancy on the Audit Committee.
