OSB Group PLC has announced the appointment of financial services veteran Henry Daubeney as a Non-Executive Director, effective from July 1, 2024. Daubeney, with his 38-year tenure at PwC and leadership roles in corporate reporting, will contribute to the Group’s Audit and Risk Committees. The incorporation of his extensive sector experience is anticipated to further strengthen the Group’s strategic leadership in specialist lending.
