OSB Group PLC has announced the appointment of Henry Daubeney as Non-Executive Director, effective from July 1, 2024. Daubeney, with a notable 38-year tenure at PwC and expertise in corporate reporting and financial services, is set to contribute to the Group’s Audit and Risk Committees. The company and its chair, David Weymouth, expressed enthusiasm for the skills and experience Daubeney is expected to bring to the board.
