OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback of 106,303 of its own ordinary shares as part of its share repurchase program, with transactions conducted across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange. Following the share cancellations, the company will have 389,925,722 ordinary shares in issue, with the same number of voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury. This move is aligned with the announcement made on 15 March 2024 and is part of the company’s ongoing capital management strategy.
