OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has recently announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 106,425 of its own ordinary shares across several exchanges including the London Stock Exchange. As a result of the buyback, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 390,032,025, with the same figure representing the total voting rights. These buyback activities are part of the company’s previously announced share repurchase program initiated on 15 March 2024.
