OSB Group PLC has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 139,602 of its ordinary shares on April 23, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated on March 15, 2024. After the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 390,524,634, with no shares held in treasury, thus equating to the total voting rights. The shares were acquired across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange, with Jefferies International Limited facilitating the transactions.
