OSB Group PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 179,570 ordinary shares on various trading venues, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 391,324,158. The buyback occurred through Jefferies International Limited, with prices per share ranging from a minimum of £3.7360 to a maximum of £3.8160.
