John Van Der Wielen, a director at Orthocell Limited, has increased his direct holdings in the company through an on-market purchase, acquiring an additional 35,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $13,646.87. Following this transaction, his total direct holdings have grown to 55,000 ordinary shares, with an additional 4,000,000 unlisted options remaining unchanged. The change in director’s interest has been formally notified to the ASX as per the regulatory requirements.
