Orpheus Uranium Limited has announced its departure from Zambian exploration projects following an agreement with Prospect Resources Limited, which includes compensation in shares and options, and potential future payments contingent on resource discovery. The deal also involves Orpheus providing Prospect with all relevant mining data and retracting their appeal against the cancellation of their Zambian license. This strategic move allows Orpheus to focus on their uranium exploration in Australia, where mining and processing are permitted.
