On The Beach (GB:OTB) has released an update.
On The Beach Group PLC has announced initial notifications of transactions by Kirsteen Vickerstaff, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and Adam Hansen, Chief Strategy Officer. Both have purchased ordinary shares at 155.24p each under the company’s Share Incentive Plan on the 22nd of April, 2024, with Vickerstaff acquiring 65 shares and Hansen 96 shares, as per filings with the London Stock Exchange.
