O’Key Group S.A. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on May 21, 2024, at Hotel Le Royal in Luxembourg, where attendees will review the company’s financial statements and director reports for the year ended December 31, 2023, and make key decisions on director compensation and auditor appointments. Shareholders registered by April 28, 2024, will be eligible to vote and can appoint a proxy if unable to attend. The meeting will address corporate financial approvals, director discharges, and statutory auditor assignments amidst routine annual governance.
