The latest announcement is out from Oceaneering International (OII).
Oceaneering International, Inc. has strengthened its Board of Directors with the appointment of Ms. Reema Poddar, a seasoned executive with a diverse background in technology and corporate governance. Starting February 22, 2024, Ms. Poddar will serve as an independent, non-executive Class I director and join the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. Her extensive experience includes key roles at Philips, OptimEyes.AI, Teradata Corporation, and General Electric. Ms. Poddar’s induction comes with a standard indemnification agreement and she will receive the approved annual compensation package for her Board and committee roles.
