Ocado Group plc has announced that its Chair, Rick Haythornthwaite, has made a substantial transaction by purchasing 27,320 ordinary shares at a price of £3.658 each, totaling £99,936.56. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and is reported in line with the Market Abuse Regulation.
