The deal values the payments technology firm at about US$6.3 billion, with key investors like Philip Fayer, Novacap, and CDPQ maintaining substantial equity stakes. Nuvei will continue to operate from Montreal with Fayer at the helm as CEO, ensuring stability and continuity in leadership.
