Nuveen Churchill Direct Lending Corp. (NCDL) has released an update.
John D. McCally has resigned as Chief Compliance Officer of Nuveen Churchill Direct Lending Corp., effective March 1, 2024, but will remain as Vice President and Secretary. The Board has appointed Charmagne Kukulka, a seasoned compliance professional with experience at Churchill Asset Management, 13D Management, and Blackstone Inc., as the new Chief Compliance Officer. Kukulka’s background includes managing compliance programs and supporting regulatory matters, and she holds a B.A. from Arizona State University. There are no disclosed conflicts of interest regarding her appointment.
