Nu Holdings ( (NU) ) has provided an update.

Nu Holdings said on June 1, 2026, that it has appointed Rob Livingston as its new chief financial officer, effective July 13, replacing long-time finance chief Guilherme Lago, who will move into a special advisor role. Lago will advise the management team and the audit and risk committee on corporate development and strategic matters and is expected to support the transition of responsibilities through August 31.

Spark’s Take on NU Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, NU is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong fundamentals and a constructive earnings call (record results, improving efficiency, and resilient credit coverage). This is partially offset by notably weak technical signals (below key moving averages with negative MACD) and some balance-sheet and credit-cycle risks (sharp debt increase and higher provisioning/seasonal delinquencies).
