NT Minerals Limited has announced the application for quotation of 150 million fully paid ordinary shares following the acquisition of Strategic Exploration Pty Ltd, the sole owner of the Finniss River Critical Minerals Project. The share issuance, set for April 24, 2024, received shareholder approval during the General Meeting on April 5, 2024. This strategic move aims to expand NT Minerals Limited’s project portfolio in the critical minerals sector.
