NOVONIX Ltd Sponsored ADR (NVX) has released an update.
NOVONIX Ltd has announced the issuance of 6,418,918 new performance rights under its employee incentive scheme, which are set to be issued on March 20, 2024, and will not be quoted on the ASX. These new securities will rank equally with existing ones and are part of a larger unquoted set of securities that includes options and convertible notes. The total unquoted securities after the issuance will amount to 19,795,781 performance rights, 28,210,001 options, and 45,221,586 convertible notes.
