Novo Nordisk A/S has updated its Articles of Association, maintaining a commitment to research, development, and commercialization of pharmaceuticals in a responsible manner. The share capital structure consists of A and B shares, with provisions for pre-emptive rights and specific transfer conditions for A shares. The Board of Directors is authorized to increase share capital and hold electronic General Meetings, ensuring shareholder participation and decision-making.
