Nova Minerals Limited has announced the filing of a registration statement for a proposed public offering of American depositary shares (ADS) and a U.S. listing, expected to complete by the end of June 2024, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. The offering will be managed by ThinkEquity as the sole book-running manager. The company will continue to maintain its ordinary shares listing on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol ‘NVA’.
