Nova Minerals Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Richard Beazley as Independent Non-Executive Chairman, coinciding with the company’s offering of American depositary shares in the United States. Beazley brings over 35 years of international experience in the mining industry to Nova’s board, having held significant roles in various global operations and projects. CEO Christopher Gerteisen believes Beazley’s appointment will strengthen the board and contribute to the development of the Estelle Gold Project.
