North American Financial 15 Split Corp. has announced a five-year extension of its termination date, now set for December 1, 2029, allowing shareholders to maintain their investments in a portfolio of top-tier financial services companies. Shareholders of Class A and Preferred Shares can expect continued monthly distributions, with the extension also providing the opportunity to defer potential capital gains taxes. A special right will be offered to shareholders to retract their shares at the net asset value as of November 29, 2024.
