Smurfit Kappa Group PLC has notified the market of a significant change in share ownership, with Norges Bank crossing the 3% threshold of voting rights. The new total voting rights held by Norges Bank in Smurfit Kappa are 6.65%, combining direct and indirect holdings as of April 19, 2024. This announcement follows the regulatory standard for notification of major holdings to the issuer and the Central Bank of Ireland.
