Nokia Corp has announced a transaction under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation involving Piia Susanna Martikainen, a person closely associated with an executive, Tommi Uitto, who is part of the company’s upper management. The transaction was a purchase of 173 shares at an average price of 3.45110 EUR per share on the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd. Nokia continues to lead in B2B technology and innovation, focusing on future-oriented network solutions through its expertise in mobile, fixed, and cloud services networks, underpinned by its intellectual property and the renowned Nokia Bell Labs.
