Nokia Corporation has announced that as per the Annual General Meeting decision on April 3, 2024, around 40% of Nokia’s Board members’ annual fees will now be paid in shares. This new compensation structure has led to Board member Søren Skou receiving a share-based incentive of 25,072 Nokia shares at no cost. This move aligns the interests of the Board with those of shareholders and reflects Nokia’s commitment to innovation and secure, reliable, and sustainable networks.
