Nokia Corporation has disclosed a first-time notification of a transaction by Piia Susanna Martikainen, a closely associated person of a person discharging managerial responsibilities, Tommi Uitto, in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. The transaction involved the acquisition of 173 shares at a unit price of 3.45110 EUR on the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd (XHEL). Nokia continues to pioneer future-oriented intelligent network solutions, underpinned by its leadership in mobile, fixed, and cloud services networks, and steered by the innovations of the award-winning Nokia Bell Labs.
