Nokia Corp has announced the buyback of its own shares on April 23, 2024, as part of a larger shareholder remuneration program, aiming to return up to 600 million euros to shareholders over two years. On the aforementioned date, the company acquired a total of 385,615 shares at a weighted average price of 3.40 euros per share, amounting to a total cost of 1,312,171 euros. Following the recent transactions, Nokia Corp now holds 86,560,470 of its own shares.
