Nokia Corp (UK) (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Corporation has announced that following the resolution of its Annual General Meeting on April 3, 2024, about 40% of the Board members’ annual fees will now be paid in company shares. Board member Søren Skou has received 25,072 Nokia shares as part of this share-based incentive scheme, with the transaction taking place on April 24, 2024, on the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd.
