Nokia Corp (UK) has announced the repurchase of its own shares on April 22, 2024, as part of a share buyback program initiated on March 20, 2024, with the aim of returning up to 600 million euros to shareholders over two years. On this date, the company acquired a total of 368,324 shares at an average weighted price of 3.43 euros per share, amounting to a total cost of 1,264,051 euros. Following these transactions, Nokia now holds 86,174,855 of its own shares.
