Nokia Corp (UK) (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Corp has executed a share buyback on April 19, 2024, purchasing 430,893 shares at an average price of €3.30, as part of its €600 million multi-phase program announced in January 2024. The first phase, which runs until December 18, 2024, aims to return value to shareholders by acquiring up to €300 million worth of shares. Following these transactions, Nokia now owns a total of 85,806,531 of its own shares.
