Nokia Corporation has bought back 387,345 of its own shares on May 21, 2024, at an average price of EUR 3.53 per share, for a total cost of EUR 1,365,585. This is part of a share buyback program announced on January 25, 2024, aimed at returning up to EUR 600 million to shareholders over two years, with the current phase capped at EUR 300 million. Following these transactions, Nokia holds over 93 million treasury shares.
