Nokia Corp (UK) (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Corporation has announced the purchase of 385,300 of its own shares on April 29, 2024, at an average price of EUR 3.44 per share, as part of its EUR 600 million share buyback program. The program, which began on March 20, 2024, aims to return cash to shareholders in tranches over two years. Following the transactions, the company holds over 88 million treasury shares.
