Nokia Corp (UK) (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Corp has announced the buyback of 370,000 shares at an average price of €3.43 on April 26, 2024, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program aimed at returning up to €600 million to shareholders over two years. The program began on March 20, 2024, and will conclude by December 18, 2024, with the first phase allocating up to €300 million for share acquisition. Following the recent transactions, Nokia now holds 87,735,836 of its own shares.
