Nokia Corporation has actively pursued its share buyback program by acquiring 547,240 of its own shares at an average price of EUR 3.16 on April 17, 2024. This move is part of a larger initiative to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders within two years, as announced in January 2024. Following these transactions, the company’s treasury now holds over 84 million shares.
