No Signboard Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed a major share allotment and issuance process, which has resulted in Gazelle Ventures Pte. Ltd. holding a 75% stake in the company, potentially triggering a mandatory takeover offer. The transaction includes issuing over 231 million new Subscription Shares and 145 million convertible redeemable preference shares, significantly increasing the company’s share capital. These new shares are set to be listed on the Catalist of the SGX-ST starting April 2, 2024.
