NioCorp Developments Ltd. has announced its decision to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange due to most of its trading volume occurring on the Nasdaq, where it will continue to be listed. The move is expected to cut costs and reduce administrative burdens, without affecting the company’s status as a reporting issuer in Canada. Canadian shareholders are advised to check with their brokers on how to trade NioCorp’s shares on the Nasdaq following the delisting on May 3, 2024.
