NioCorp Developments Ltd. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $0.6 million through the sale of 315,000 units at $1.91 each, which include a common share and a warrant. The funds will propel the advancement of the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project, alongside general corporate and working capital needs. The securities are subject to a four-month holding period as per Canadian laws and are not registered under US securities laws, thus not available in the US market.
