Nikola Corporation has expanded the responsibilities of Stephen J. Girsky, their current President and CEO, by appointing him as the Acting Chief Financial Officer. Girsky, a seasoned executive with extensive experience at General Motors and as the head of VectoIQ, brings a wealth of automotive and financial expertise to his additional role. Despite the increased duties, Girsky’s compensation and employment terms remain unchanged, emphasizing his commitment to Nikola Corporation’s financial leadership without personal gain.
