Quixant plc (GB:NXQ) has released an update.
Nexteq plc has reported the buyback of 4,084 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 150.1 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital comprises 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares, with a total voting rights count standing at 66,534,976. This latest move is part of Nexteq’s ongoing capital management strategy and provides shareholders with an important reference point for ownership calculations.
