Next Plc (GB:NXT) has released an update.
NEXT Plc CEO Lord Wolfson has acquired 3,907 ordinary shares as part of his deferred annual bonus, with the transaction occurring outside a trading venue on April 26, 2024. This share award, which was granted under the company’s Deferred Bonus Plan, settled after taxes and national insurance contributions. The bonus, amounting to 150% of his base salary, was determined by the closing share price of NEXT Plc on the date of the award.
