Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has announced the issuance of 96,286 new ordinary shares to fulfill earnout agreements from the acquisition of Activate Marketing Services LLC and Palladium Group Limited. These shares will be admitted to AIM and are expected to rank equally with the current shares, with admission expected by 23 April 2024. The company’s total issued share capital will reach 99,475,739 shares, with none held in treasury.
