Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 39,000 of its ordinary shares through Numis Securities Limited. The shares were bought on 24/04/2024, at prices ranging from 881 to 899 GBp per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 895.96 GBp. Following the buyback, the shares will be cancelled, leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 99,397,082.
