Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 18,093 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 875 to 899 GBp per share, with the volume-weighted average price being 883.7095 GBp. The acquired shares are set to be cancelled, subsequently reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 99,323,989, which also now represents the total voting rights in the company.
