Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, wherein the company purchased 35,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 876 to 899 GBp per share. Following the buyback, the shares will be cancelled, and the total number of voting rights in the company will stand at 99,362,082. This action is part of a previously announced buyback plan aimed at reducing the company’s share capital.
