Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc, as part of its Share Buyback Programme, has bought back 6,017 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 893.00 to 899.00 GBp per share. Following the transaction, the shares will be cancelled, leaving a total of 99,402,245 Ordinary Shares in issue, with all of them carrying voting rights. This buyback aligns with the company’s strategy to manage its capital effectively.
