Nexgen Energy (US) (TSE:NXE) has released an update.
NexGen Energy Ltd. has upscaled its Australian offering to approximately C$224 million, issuing over 20 million shares at C$11.11 each to support the development of its mineral properties and general corporate functions. The offering aims to improve liquidity and market presence of the company’s CDIs on the ASX, with an expected closing date of May 15, 2024. Additionally, the company has modified its ATM Program to accommodate the new share distribution.
