Nexgen Energy (US) (TSE:NXE) has released an update.
NexGen Energy Ltd. has announced a significant capital raise through the offering of over 20 million common shares at a price of C$11.11 each, aiming to generate approximately C$224 million in gross proceeds. The funds are earmarked for the development and exploration of the company’s mineral properties and general corporate purposes. To accommodate this offering, NexGen has amended its at-the-market program, reducing the maximum offering value from C$500 million to approximately C$276 million.
